Improve

Initially a company renting out lighting, decoration and stage-building equipment, Improve is transforming to a business that develops creative show and event concepts. For decades, the company has made its mark on the industry – exceeding client expectations in realising events in which all technology behind the screens perfectly supports the act taking place centre stage.

Having adapted Improve’s previous website for display on mobile devices in 2017, I was involved with a complete re-design starting late 2018. Improve was in charge of the project and took on most of the work in-house; I gave helpful advice and feedback during the process, facilitated the development and added custom functionality to the off-the-shelf basis.

Thanks to this particular way of collaborating, Improve could realise a website that superbly displays their new market position with only 20 hours of support. The new design is much more open and modern and has, contrary to the previous lay-out, ample room for photo and video material. Smooth animations and a drastically simplified navigation experience complete their only presence. Of course, the website works as well on computers as it does on phones and tablets.
